This policy explains how Certified ProBooks LLC handles information collected through this website. Certified ProBooks LLC provides bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to small businesses and nonprofits nationwide from Acworth, Georgia.

What we collect

When you request a consultation. The booking form asks for your name, business name, email address, and phone number, along with your answers about your business — what you need help with, your business type, how your books are handled today, how current they are, whether you run payroll, and your timeline.

Basic technical information. Your browser sends standard information with every request, such as the type of browser you're using and the country you're connecting from. We keep a count of how many times each page is viewed and which sites link to us.

Nothing else. We don't ask for financial account credentials, bank logins, or documents through this website. Anything of that nature is handled directly and securely once you're a client.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracker.

Our visitor statistics are counted on our own server as simple totals — how many views a page received on a given day, and which websites referred visitors. These counts are not tied to you, and they cannot be used to identify or follow an individual visitor.

That's also why you won't see a cookie banner here. There's nothing to consent to.

How your information is used

Information you submit through the booking form is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare for your consultation, recommend the right service, and follow up about working together.

We do not sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

It may be shared only where necessary to run the business — for example with software we use to operate — or where we're legally required to disclose it.

Where it's stored, and for how long

Booking form submissions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this website.

Page-view counts are kept for around 13 months and then removed automatically.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain normal business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

The blog

Articles are written and hosted on Wix, and appear here automatically. Reading an article on this website does not send anything to Wix. If you follow a link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Partner links

Certified ProBooks LLC is an official partner with Intuit QuickBooks Online, Intuit Workforce, Gusto, ADP, Xero, and Avalara, and can pass on partner pricing to clients. Where a partner discount applies, we'll discuss it with you directly rather than sending you through a tracking link from this website.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

Children

This website and these services are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be reflected on this page rather than communicated individually.
